I really enjoyed this product, after admittedly going into the trial not thinking much of it I was surprised at the changes I noticed, I suffer with various chronic health conditions which impacts how my body retains vitamins ect, therefore I was a bit skeptical. However after a few weeks I definitely noticed some improvements, my skin felt softer, any bruises or injuries I sustained seemed to heal quicker, I felt more energetic! My joints especially my arthritis in my hands became more manageable which in these colder months was a definite improvement.
