Relax

I received this little bottle in a neals yard gift set and it now sits on my bedside table ready for bedtime! I was pleasantly surprised how light the scent was. I am not a fan of heavy or floral scents and this is neither. I am not sure if it relaxes me or quickens sleep but I do find it creates a pleasant atmosphere. Particularly lovely to take when staying in a hotel room or away from home. Spray lightly a few minutes before you put your head down to avoid a damp pillow!
