Life-saver
I use these drops whenever I have any big exams or when meeting new people. I take a few drops about 30 minutes before I have to be at the place of said meeting or exam. I also use it before going anywhere that may be busy and cause me to get over stimulated. I find them to be very useful.

I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks a lot whenever i notice i start to feel anxious i use 3 drops of this under my tongue and then about 20 minutes later i notice i feel calmer and less restless. Would recommend to anyone who suffers with anxiety but doesn’t want to take harsh medicines.

Wouldn’t recommend.
I was advised to use this product as I was getting very nervous before driving tests. Must admit it doesn’t taste great, and I cannot see any real benefits. I used it before a big exam, and still found myself just as nervous, and didn’t feel any calmer. Not sure I would recommend this.
