And here's where my 'NATURAL HEROES OIL REVIEW' continues.. ๐ To avoid very miserable stories ๐ I split it into 2 reviews.. Hoping this is easier for you to read and follow!! I'm talking in this post about Evening Primrose OIL and MARULA OIL. 1) Evening Primrose Oil ๐ป๐บ๐ต๏ธ This oil comes from the Oenothera Biennis, a plant that blossoms at night! I always find such flowers so distinct, we used to have such a plant too! My mother called it โbell of sevenโ that flourished at 07.00 and went back to sleep at 7:00 p.m. ๐! Then it became weak! Originally, the plant originates from Central America. The Indians have traditionally used it to fight infections and wounds! The ingredient in this oil that makes it so special is the fatty acid Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA). GLA is particularly famous for its anti-inflammatory effect... and jup you guess the target all that's coming around the corner now... ACNE! So you have pimples, more eats and the famous PMS pustules! Studies say that the intake of evening primrose oil reduces complaints around the PMS period, but I personally have no experience with this, as I only use the oils for my skin ๐! (as mentioned earlier, Evening Primrose oil contains a lot of unsaturated fatty acids and they form prostaglandin. Huh what ๐ฌ๐ค... Prostaglandin reduces effects of prolactin. Prolactin helps with various inconveniences around and during menstruation. The GLA in the Evening Primrose Oil is a substance that can reduce breast pain. In addition, evening primrose oil helps with varying moods during menstrual cycle. Well.. ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ค And what does he help with your skin? Are they coming ๐คญ - Against premature aging of your skin, the GLA and vit E stimulate cell renewal and re-collagen production! -It strengthens your nails and nourishes your cuticles -It reduces flaking and prevents dry sandpaper skin -Did you get bitten in this hot mosquito time and are you going to go out of the itch? This oil is your hero! -Especially for sensitive skin, this oil is very suitable. I like to use the oil as a night mask ๐ because while you sleep, your skin absorbs and recovers everything thirstily. I do this very changeously, sometimes twice a week and if my skin needs that little extra more times! 2) Marula Oil ๐ This is not a very well-known oil.. the oil comes from a cold pressing of the fruits of the Marula tree (elephant tree: they like to consume the fruit ๐). Some also call it the new Argan ๐.. The tree grows in Africa and belongs to the plum tree family. Only the female tree has fruit, like many vegetables. The fruit resembles a plum and contains large concentrations of vitamin c (not the oil, really the fruit itself). The seeds are extracted from the fruit and so cold pressed, so this is where the oil comes from. This oil is rich in unsaturated omega 6 fatty acids, antioxidants and vitamin E. Marula oil can be used to care for dry, sensitive, irritated and/or older skin (age spots). The oil protects and nourishes the skin and is also suitable for oily sensitive skin. However, it is recommended to be careful with acne prone skin as it could clog pores! I think this oil (the Ordinary and Drunk Elephant also have it in the range) is more suitable for extremely dry skin, or really very dry hair and nag belts! Its texture is similar to that of castor oil.. Thick & viscous Now only the squalane remains! But it's still close hehe.. A very nice sultry hot Friday summer night ladies!!! Fun meeting: it also reduces pain and rash when burned! I find the scent apart, but for the rest it feels nice.. right now I have a mistreated pimple that is sure to leave a scar, and I'm curious what this oil does for it!
