It arrives nicely packaged! Designed with love. The cape, which is included free of charge, makes a good impression. The color London is a bit darker than pictured, but that doesn't bother me personally. The visual result is very nice. The smell is actually not there, which is very pleasant. The amount was also quite sufficient for my medium-length hair. What I didn't like at all is that there was no shampoo, conditioner or a cure. After application, the hair is already very stressed... hairdressing quality either way. At least a small sample pack should be included. Every drugstore color includes something like this for just a fraction of the price. Unfortunately, I don't have the feeling that my hair has suffered less because of SHYNE, which I actually expect in the price segment. Overall, I would rate it as good/satisfactory, but unfortunately not particularly. Since I don't dye my hair too often, I would get it back, but then the box with shampoo, etc.
