I got the little packets of collagen and vitamins as a free 2 week trial but I am definitely continuing with the subscription for them. They come in one portion packs which can be mixed with any liquid or put into soup or porridge etc, they are also liquid and taste of peach/mango and passion fruit which i find goes really well with volvic mango and passion fruit water. Since I have been taking them I have found my very dry skin and posisoris on my face and scalp have gone! And I noticed a huge difference in my joints and muscles as well.
