Glow Lab... will be unknown to many (it was for me as well), but purchased this product (both shampoo and conditioner) for several reasons: - silicones & sulphates free - enriched with keratin - use natural ingredients - not tested on animals - and of course: favorable price.. good enough to test out on my icy white hair The thicker form of conditioner has a pleasant scent (due to the presence of the floral ingredients). After washing my hair with the shampoo, I let the conditioner soak in my hair for 4 minutes. Afterwards, I wash my hair with cold water. My hair feels soft and that's what I expected. I won't hesitate to buy it in the future.
