Eyebrow magic - pen met microblading-effect

Eyebrow magic - TV Toppers - Microblading Effect Pen Last week I was at Sight. At checkout there were eyebrow magic pens for 9.95 euros. Familiar from TV. It is a pen with microblading effect through the split tip. This would allow you to create a natural, fuller looking eyebrow. They are available in three colours: dark blonde, dark brown and chestnut. At first I wanted to go for the dark blonde. (I have ash blond hair and blue eyes. My eyebrows are dark blonde) The testers were there, so tested for security. Well.. but good too!! You don't expect the colors that the testers release with the pen color name. The dark blond pen, had a red glow?! So purely looked at the color testers, and then went for dark brown! Dark blond would never have been an option. Today I tested the pen for the first time. Consulted YouTube before applying. There, too, they were amazed at color names given to the pens. Well cleaned my eyebrows first. The pen tip is split into 4 end. The packaging indicates: For a natural microblading effect, draw short lines that look like hairs diagonally across the eyebrows. For fuller, tighter eyebrows use the flat, thicker part of the tip. Well that's odd: thicker part of the tip, which thicker part?? Should I now put the tip flat against the eyebrow so that it doesn't touch the split tip?? Or is there another big tip on the other side of the pen? But no.. this pen contains 1 split tip. So that's really weird. The thicker part point does not exist. (Update: By putting the tip more flat against the eyebrow, and giving more pressure, you get a 'fuller', colored look. They probably mean this) I start drawing short lines on the inside of my eyebrow, with the growth of hair. I have full eyebrows. As a result, I can't touch the skin under my hairs well with the split end. As a result, I only color my eyebrow hairs. To finish the tail of the eyebrow, drawing with 4 ends is too much. I keep the tip horizontally, and now draw the last lines with 1 dot. What ultimately looks like 1 line. From the microblading effect, nothing is noticeable. It just became tinned eyebrows. The pen only releases colour on 'clean' skin. Otherwise, the pen does NOT emit color. As soon as your skin is oily due to cream or makeup, it doesn't do anything anymore. So super clumsy. Conclusion: color is not optimal, and does not give a microblading effect. So yes, for me really a no go. The pen is ripe for the trash. I'm not going to color my eyebrows with marker. Because that's what it does. I think if you have very little eyebrow hair, this could be quite something. Because you really have pen on skin contact. I am curious about that. I added photos before and after.
