Time for another vitamin gummies review! Earlier I posted reviews about the Etos and Kruidvat gummies. Now it's time for the Hair, Skin and Nail gummies from Hema. The gummies are said to contribute to the skin's restorative capacity, shiny hair and strong nails. I take gummies because I want thicker hair, but I don't have to expect that from these gummies. I already have strong nails of my own, so I can only judge the shiny hair and the healing ability of the skin. The skin's regenerative capacity has not improved. I do notice that my hair shines more. Good to know that you take 1 of these gummies a day, while taking those from Kruidvat and Etos 2 a day. The taste of the gummies is good, it tastes like red fruits. The texture of the gummies is hard but chewy. Kruidvat's are soft and chewy and Etos are stickier and chewy. As far as ingredients are concerned, Etos gummies are still my preference; most vitamins and minerals and no harmful substances like in Kruidvat gummies. So my recommendation for (hair) gummies are those from Etos! (See my previous review)
