This is such a lovely formula for a natural, casual look. Made with honest ingredients, this mascara takes care of my lashes and is not damaged after intensive use and therefore remain nicely full. The slightly tougher structure of this mascara ensures (Rouje only sells a black version) that your lashes do not mark too hard in your face and are therefore very nicely defined and curled with a subtle black pigment. Is not waterproof but due to the firmer texture of the product, this mascara stays in place with me all day long and runs out minimally when you come into contact with moisture. The brush is very simple (similar to most mascaras) but not too wide, so you can also easily grab the smaller lashes. The mascara also looks very luxurious and cute and fits easily in your bag. As far as I'm concerned, this mascara lives up to everything it promises: that subtle natural look that gives you a casual sultry eye storage (without dabbing the brush off first). I finally found my ideal mascara after years (and still used quite a few in all price categories). Side note: Ellis Faas mascara is close to this mascara in terms of formula but is slightly 'wetter':)
