Sharp bold lines
Some felt tip pen liners are a little wishy washy, this one is not. It gives a really powerful stark line, which is really stunning. The nib is quite long and pointed, which is a little harder to handle than some but it does allow for some really elegant lines with a bit of practice.

Hi! I had a 3INA eyeliner before and I liked it! So never change a winning team. So now I have The 24H Pen Eyeliner by 3INA (color: 900). The eyeliner is easy to apply thanks to the razor-sharp tip of the pen. The eyeliner dries quickly and therefore does not smudge. The only disadvantage is that it does not go well on greasy surfaces. The eyeliner then stays in place all day. You may update it at the end of the day, because it's not so tight anymore. There are a few cracks in your eyeliner. I'm not changing brands anymore. X
