Fantastic waterproof mascara

I've really tried a lot of waterproof mascaras but this is really my holy grail. Applying the first coat with the long brush only colors the lashes, but if you apply multiple layers, you get beautiful, particularly separated, voluminous lashes! Lasts all day long, no flakes or panda eyes. It's also a budget mascara. Can be worn absolutely immediately with a high end mascara! The only downside is that the mascara gives off under the eyes after a long day of wear and the volume seems to have disappeared a bit, but personally, I don't mind.
