Doesn't do anything to me!

I bought this primer so that my makeup around my eyes would stay in place better now that it's getting warmer again. But it seems to backfire. There is a color in it, but I can't see it again and my eyeshadow and eye pencil seem to be gone even faster and the mascara around my eyes makes it even more black. Maybe it works for the rest of the face. It also contains 30 spf and it seems to minimize pores. But I'm going to keep looking.
