A Primer Oil complex keeps lips soft, smooth and hydrated, while the fine-tipped brush allows for precision lining and defining for a contoured effect. Expect bold, vibrant colour with an ultra-shiny finish. Free from parabens, SLS, phthalates, fragrance and talc. Cruelty-free. Directions: Define lip with easy-to-use precision tip.
