Refreshing the irritated scalp

I don't know exactly when it started, but about after the corona pandemic. I suddenly had a lot of dandruff, but also a very irritated scalp at the same time. Was it because I sometimes didn't brush my hair for days in a row, just stick it in a bun, or kept hair washing to a minimum (isn't that better for the scalp?)... Honestly, I don't know, but I had never experienced this annoyance before. My usual shampoos, hair oils, head massages, special shampoos... it only helped temporarily. In my favorite fb community, I saw someone offering this scalp serum. Yes, maybe I should try something like that! The scalp serum contains PH acids that soothe irritated scalp. Hydration reduces dryness and certain acids provide natural exfoliation that removes dead skin cells more easily and also makes the hair healthier. The use: the scalp serum comes with a nozzle, which I used the very first time but didn't find very useful. Of course, you can aim better this way, but because you have to press to get the liquid into the spout, you don't feel like it. So the serum is quite liquid. I found it easier without a spout, but of course you use quite a lot like this and, as far as I've seen, the products are mainly available in England. But what a cool thing! Like a bandage on a sore wound, that feeling is so wonderful. The scent does have a medicinal scent so yes, you should put your mind to it. For optimal effect; massage the serum into the scalp in the evening and then sleep with a towel on your pillow so that everything is well absorbed. In the morning, you wash it out. It helps a lot and the cooling is especially great, but unfortunately it is not a panacea. The irritated scalp will keep coming back if you don't use the serum regularly and, of course, it's recommended to use the entire line to really get rid of it.
