Cherry flavored lozenges. Better than the others I wrote a review about the other day. I took them daily for a long time and hair loss was a little less. I already have thick hair so I didn't notice much of that. Unfortunately, I had to stop for a while because biotin can give false elevated values at certain values in the blood and therefore I take it now when I feel like it.
