Bobbi Brown Soothing Cleansing Oil

I tried Bobbi Brown's Soothing Cleansing Oil and was impressed by its texture and cleansing effectiveness. Once applied, the oil is easily distributed over the face and transforms into a buttery texture that gently dissolves impurities, make-up residues and sebum. The feeling on the skin is pleasant: it leaves the face soft, with a feeling of comfort and without the classic 'pulling skin' that happens with more drastic detergents. One of the aspects that I appreciate most is the fact that, despite being an oil rich in botanical ingredients, it did not give me the feeling of 'heaviness' nor did it leave an excessive film (subject to careful rinsing). It is perfect especially as a first step of cleansing in the evening, to be used as a makeup remover + cleanser in a single phase. In addition, the light fragrance and botanical scent contribute to the 'spa' feeling during application. In conclusion, I recommend it to those looking for a premium cleansing oil that removes makeup and cleanses gently, especially for skin that needs comfort and nourishment after a busy day.

Bobbi Brown cleansing oil With this cleansing oil I remove my (waterproof) makeup. This product is very mild (I have sensitive skin), and can also be used on the eyes. The cleansing oil smells like Lavender - I think it smells very calming. After applying the cleansing oil to my face, I gently massage my face; I see my makeup melting, as it were.” Then I use a “washable makeup remover pad” to remove the oil+makeup from my face. Finally, I use a facial cleanser to cleanse my face and remove the leftover makeup/oil residue. After using this cleansing oil, there are no sensitive red spots on my skin. And luckily I didn't get any pimples from using this product. 5 stars!

Fine product that leaves my skin clean and not pulling (except sometimes in winter). Gives a soft feel and also works well to remove makeup. I've been using these for years, haven't been able to find a replacement.

I can definitely recommend this product! Perfect for removing makeup without irritating your skin and/or eyes. Everything comes off very easily! You don't need much of the product itself, so you'll take it for a long time for the price. Personally, I like to rinse my face with a soft cleanser afterwards to make sure that all the dirt of the day is off!
