Violently perfumed and chemically flavored.

Despite being an avid spf lubricator on my face and body, so far I have paid little attention to sun protection for the lips. However, after reading that skin cancer is very common in the lips, and that my lip fillers seem to dissolve faster due to UV radiation, I thought it was time to delve into this. I quickly ended up with this lip balm from Bondi Sands. In the offer for just over 5 euros, I dared to try it. After the first application, I immediately found out that it wasn't for me. The tube is not ideal, you have to squeeze very hard before anything comes out. It spreads well on the lips and gives a nice shine that hydrates well. It is thick and slightly sticky, you must love that, I constantly felt that I had something on my lips. Now I can stand that, but not everyone will like that. The hydration is long-lasting and can also be felt after most of the lip balm has disappeared from your lips. So far so good you would say. But what I'm really upset about; The smell and taste. What an incredibly pungent, sweet, chemical, remotely noticeable smell and a terrible taste. So dirty! With the best will in the world, I cannot understand that you are marketing a lip product that is so full of perfume. I have the lip balm at the bottom of my handbag, for emergencies. I think it stays there until I dig out my bag in a few months and it ends up in the trash. Shame, because besides the smell and taste, it is a nice balm with a high protection factor.

Is this the summer spf lip balm?

A lip balm with spf: BIG NEED Did you know that skin cancer on lips is more common than in other places? This is because you often forget to grease your lips with sunburn. But of course nobody likes or likes that. So there are lip balms, lipstick, gloss you name it, with SPF in it. I have often noticed not high... So I came across these and the good stories about the brand. You have different flavors: Coconut, Watermelon... I went for vanilla. SWEET Vanilla. I noticed that! What an unwise sweet kind of cake flavor for the mini little bit you need! I almost loved how sweet the smell and taste were. Whether it's a matter of getting used to no idea, only worn it today. The fragrance is very intrusive, lots of perfume! Which apparently this brand does have a hand of. Too bad. The tube is a liptube. Works pretty okay. No comment on. Hydration is fine! Very nice. It stays quite long too. But you're using too much fast. Dosing is a bit tricky. Whether I'm going to buy it again? No. It's too much to me. In addition, you get a pretty small tube for 7.90. But I'll make it up this summer! Because I want to be well protected from the sun, including on my lips 😗
