Large capsules, but definitely recommended

Super Omega 3 capsules! Since taking this Omega, I notice that I have fewer inflammations in my skin, my hair and nails grow faster. However, I would not recommend these capsules if you have trouble swallowing pills, as they are fairly large capsules.
