My first impression after spraying Bleu de Chanel EDP is a crisp, modern citrus hit — bright grapefruit and bergamot with a clean, almost mineral freshness. It opens lively but immediately shows a spicy-woody edge (pink pepper and ginger) that keeps it from feeling purely fruity. After a short while the top brightness calms and the fragrance evolves into a smoother, more resinous heart where warm spices and subtle florals round the composition. Over time it settles into a sophisticated dry-down of creamy woods, incense, and soft musk that feels both modern and quietly luxurious. I’d describe the fragrance as a polished woody-aromatic — refined, versatile, and urbane. It reminds me of stepping out in a tailored blazer for an evening in the city: energetic, composed, and effortlessly put-together. Projection is noticeable at first (confident but not obnoxious), then it gently hugs the skin; it reads primarily masculine but is absolutely unisex in its appeal. On my skin it lasted about 8–10 hours, with the first 2–4 hours offering the best projection and a comfortable lingering presence on clothing after. This is my personal favorite scent. It stays on my skin for up to 12 hours and smells great! One tip is to spray it on your clothes. This way, I often have up to 48 hours of coverage. I have the 150ml and that is definitely recommended, because it simply gives the best price/quality ratio. This is definitely recommended! 10/10

My son has been crazy about perfume for years, not from a stranger, but over the years, I've noticed a difference from the sweet young men's smells to men. He is now 21 and now has a completely different preference for smells and he came home with this Blue by Chanel. Well, I'm still getting used to the fact that my son is “grown up” and this smell is so good. Definitely recommended.
