I’ve been using Clean and pure for 1 month now. I’ve seen some changes in my skin. It is fairly calm, meaning less breakouts (except for during periods). Obviously the most change will appear after a period of 3 or more months. But I’m looking forward to what more it might do.

Before I used clear & pure daily, my skin was very restless and it didn't feel comfortable. After using a number of different products, it only got worse until I started using clear & pure. I noticed results very quickly and my skin is now much calmer and feels much healthier and finer.

I'm not sure if this works for me yet. The first 2 weeks I also got more pimples, but they are now pulling away luckily. I've been using it for almost a month and have decided to go ahead because I want to give it the chance to do its job. So far, no bad things have been noticed. So definitely worth a try. Oh by the way! The redness in my face (rosacea) is reduced. Perhaps because of this?

Of course, every skin is different. In any case, it has had no effect for me. I've been taking it for 2 months. In the first 2 weeks, my skin actually became very restless, but that got better after 4 weeks. As a result, it looked like it started working after 4 weeks, but then I just had the same thing as usual. I sometimes have calm skin and sometimes not, but always impure. It was claimed that you will have pure skin and would no longer suffer from hormonal acne, but this is not the case at least after 2 months of faithful swallowing every day. My skin is still exactly the same! I suffer from red spots, pigmentation, dark circles under my eyes and pale skin in winter. None of this has diminished either. I bought 90 capsules and I'm preparing them. Hopefully, I will notice further improvement..
