It is a very fine lotion, I use this with a cotton pad and gently rub it over my face (do not rub the eyes). I notice right away that with this lotion all my other makeup goes off and there are no residue left over. Often with regular lotions, I notice that not everything goes off well and makeup stays behind.

I use this lotion after cleansing my skin in the evening and in the morning. This product brightens the skin. Sometimes this can take a while, because it has rather strong ingredients. I sometimes skip because my skin would get too dry. After application, use in my night cream or serum.
