Clinique Moisture Surge SPF25 Sheertint Hydrator - Universal Light Medium 40ml

After trying to find products that were good for my eczema and were not going to make it worse, Clinique make up seemed to be my best option as they are really good for allergies. As a light weight make up wearer and needing something quick and easy to put on I decided on this product, I was very disappointed with it. When putting it on it peels off like when I say peel I mean rolls off my face especially around my mouth area and chin. I thought that it was just a problem for me given my eczema and maybe the moisturisers I was putting on, even though I’ve never had this problem with any other product. However, on researching it seemed to be a common problem amongst a lot of people. I did not want to waste the product and not use it so I have figured out a thin layer doesn’t tend to peel off it has a bit of a cakey look sometimes around my chin which isn’t great but it’s good enough for when I need it, but obviously that limits being able to build it up etc. when I run out of the product I won’t be buying it again.

The 02 “Universal Light” matches me perfectly and corresponds to a light to medium. My daughter tried it out and chose the 01 “Very Light” for herself. This day cream does what it promises. It hydrates, smoothes and provides a fresh, natural look. The SPF 25 also provides daily sun protection.
