I used both during my pregnancy. The capsules are round and easy to take. Add a big drink of water so they don't stay in your mouth for long. Otherwise, of course, it gives a bad taste. I find it difficult to say whether the capsule really contributed to my child's development. He should also contribute to my energy level. I also find this difficult to assess. After all, during your pregnancy, you are already more tired than usual. Still, I like the fact that I started taking the multivitamin. I still think every little bit helps.
