Dry base.

Very strange texture and super dry. Its hard to get out of the pot its so dry. Maybe i got a faulty product but it grabbed onto everything and made the eyeshadow very patchy. Very hard to apply to the lid. Only upside is that its pretty cheap but honestly would not recommend to anyone😕
