This cleaner is a non foam cleaner. I like that it has coconut and aloe Vera, perfect for my dry skin. This cleanser is very light weight and really hydrates the dry patches. The texture is gel like, but turn into a hydrating watery liquid with water. I tend to use my hands to apply because it dies not foam. It’s affordable,$6 on the elf website.

The e.l.f holy hydration cleanser is so so good! I used to have really dry skin but the cleanser was so effective and relieved my skin! Highly recommend for sensitive skin, dry skin, oily skin and teenage skin. I used this most night for a month or so before I began to notice the dramatic difference it made. Go use it!
