Fine hydrating toner
This eleven toner is a great addition to your routine. Because of the packaging, you can easily put a few drops on your hand and dab it on your face. It has a light texture that allows it to be absorbed well and quickly by the skin without leaving a layer. I think this is not a mandatory step in your skincare but it is a very nice addition for more hydration. In addition, there are a number of skincare heroes such as niacinamide, hylaronic acid and oat milk. I do have the impression that these ingredients have helped to make my skin smoother. Definitely recommended for the price!

Big fan of E.L.F., although I sometimes have a bit of trouble with their sometimes strong-smelling products. However, this one does not have that. I'm now using a toner for the first time and I'm not sure about the need yet, but it seems to contribute to a better appearance. It feels light, doesn't irritate and my face looks really fresher. And that's nice in the winter. So price/quality is top notch again. The review of the Holy hydration toner coming soon but it is not known on Eves yet. But a hint of the veil... it scores considerably worse, mainly because of the very strong floral scent.
