Fine toothpaste, not sharp in taste

After my braces were removed, I noticed that the places where the pictures had been needed a little more fluorine and protection. It is therefore nice that I get to test this Elmex anti-caries toothpaste. The toothpaste has a mint flavor that, not very strong, I like that. Now, if I have brushed my teeth in the morning, I can safely have breakfast in fifteen minutes. A tiny bit of pasta, the size of a pea, is enough for me to brush with. However, I do notice that this toothpaste provides very little foam. The toothpaste itself is also more like a cream of substance. This also makes the tube economical to use. I like the idea that I use this toothpaste to strengthen my enamel. In addition, I quickly have an attack on my teeth because I drink a lot of tea. I would like to keep my teeth whiter then. Nice that it can be done in a natural way with this toothpaste. That's why you shouldn't expect miracles from the whitening effect. But I'm happy with it so far. I've been using this toothpaste for over two weeks now.
