Less pain, but a lot of foam

After my braces were removed, I had a lot of pain on a tooth. Even when touched, it bothered me. It is therefore nice that I get to test this Elmex sensitive professional toothpaste. What stands out earlier is the tube, which is closed with a plastic cap, which you can open with the back of the cap. The toothpaste has a mint flavor that, in my opinion, is not very strong, I like that. A little bit of pasta, the size of a pea, is enough for me to brush with. This also makes the tube economical to use. However, I do think that this toothpaste quickly gives a lot of foam in the mouth. I don't like that very much. I have to empty my mouth halfway through brushing. When it comes to pain symptoms, I already notice a difference after a week of brushing twice a day. With a cotton swab, I touch the sore area with toothpaste before going to sleep, on the advice of the dental hygienist. This gives the paste longer to work. I no longer have pain when touched, sometimes when I eat or drink very cold food or drink. But clearly already an improvement. This toothpaste does what it promises.
