It's really getting used to washing your hair this way, but it still gets clean and without conditioner it stays soft. In addition, my hair is a lot less fluffy... I'll put a heat protector in it for blow-drying and a bit of mousse. Oh, and my tan stays a lot nicer than Nature box shampoo, for example.
