Wow what a lovely lip liner! And super budget-proof too! I'm really a fan of essence lip liners. I myself wear this lip liner topped with a transparent lip gloss. It is a very nice nude color and very easy to apply. I think it doesn't last very long, so you have to update it again often. Unfortunately, that is a disadvantage.
