I spray it on acne spots at night. Works great and blemishes go away much faster. I use it in combination with la roche posay skincare and do not suffer from redness, etc. I do notice that when I smear it outside the bump, the skin around it can turn red. If you only smear it on the pimple, it does exactly what it should do!
