I LOVE this hair food mask. It smells amazing, I like the texture and how my hair feels so nourished after using it. I apply a small amount to dry hair before wash day. I put it all over. Leave it in for 30 mins and then wash off, shampoo and condition my hair and I feel results.

I used this product by applying to wet hair after shampooing. My hair is often dry in the lengths and ends.
