You keep supplementing with water until the crystals are completely dissolved. I've been doing it for months and the crystals are still there so I'll get through the year). I've been doing it for months now and there's no sign of sweat. It doesn't stain, doesn't irritate and yet... Sometimes the spray doesn't work because it's clogged. To the bathroom to put the pump in hot water so that the blockage comes off. And then the spraying itself: sometimes a jet of water, sometimes it is atomized. But it always runs down at your side, so quickly lower your arm and rub it so that it is well distributed. I get used to it, but I still don't know what to do when it really runs out... So yes, good product, no smells I don't want, but I do feel like I'm being hit in the armpit...
