I've been pulling my nails off since I was a kid and this is the only thing that can keep it in check. My nails are less soft, so they are almost impossible to remove, really great! I do a thin layer every day and on day 3 I'll start again at the beginning and later I'll switch to once or twice a week. Expensive but well worth the money!
