I have dry hair very often. This post-shampoo rinse made my hair feel softer after just one use. My hair is also easier to comb through than before. One downside to using this post-shampoo rinse: According to the application instructions, I used a lot of the product for my long hair, but it takes quite a while until a foam is formed. Overall, I would still recommend it.
