Kabuki Brush

A topper is this brush, short handle with a large and angled head, and soft synthetic bristles. It evenly distributes the powders across the skin and matts them, giving it a natural look. I use it for my instant blur compact powder, by Amber Valletta. The brush goes effortlessly over my foundation. As said.. topper!!
