Yes I know it’s for men’s but trust me works really well on female skin as well. I used my husband’s skin care routine during my vacation as I left my skin care bag at home. So the combination of this with omega cloud cream made my skin really soft and hydrated. One pump is quite enough for skin and it’s very soothing if you have acne porn skin. I will rate it as 4/5.
