These pads are awesome! A tip every woman needs to know (or man can of course! ) if you love relaxation and warmth in combination with lavender, this is a product for you! I once got this one at Christmas, saw it online and thought that seems really good to me! Once I got it, I took him on a trip. And how nice they are! You open the packaging, I don't know how to do it, but they'll get warm on their own. No microwave or anything needed. They stay about 10 min. Warm. It's really delicious! A tip I should share with you guys! 😍

The other day I saw this warming eye mask with lavender scent come by in a post of @kvdp, so under the guise of 'You Can Always Try' I got a box of 5 pieces from the Kruidvat. Pros: · The lavender scent relaxes and smells good; · The mask can warm up to 40 degrees which I found very comfortable; · I fell asleep faster, probably because the warming mask combined with the fragrance has caused relaxation; · You can attach the mask behind your ears. This works fine and it stays well. Minuses: · It looks like you've stuck sanitary pads on your eyes... 😂 It seems to be a true hit in Japan. People use it to give their eyes a little rest after a lot of screen time or to relax in between. Using this mask in public is a bit too far for me, but so before bedtime I find it prone to repetition. The Megrhythm eye mask is available from Kruidvat, with lavender scent, citrus scent or odourless. On online webshops I've also seen them come by with other scents, such as chamomile, mint or rose.
