Liquid refiner No make up

Liquid toner that I have been using for a little over a month. Love the results on my skin. I wash my face and put the toner on my fingertips, rub a little and apply to dry skin using circular movements. It refines skin texture and cleanses the skin of dead cells. Attention do not apply to wet or irritated skin because it is a toner/peeling that stings a bit. I bought it during my stay in Germany at DM, I don't know if it exists in Belgium.
