When I first started using the L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser Pure Retinol Serum, I learned that the key is to start slow and be consistent. I began by applying it only two nights a week, using just a pea-sized amount on clean, dry skin, and always following up with a nourishing moisturizer to lock in hydration. As my skin adjusted, I gradually increased to every other night, making sure to use sunscreen every morning since retinol can make skin more sensitive to the sun. I also avoid layering it with other strong actives on the same night; simplicity really helps minimize irritation. With patience and routine, I noticed smoother texture and a more even tone, proving that less truly can be more when introducing retinol into your routine.

Pleasant texture, it spreads and absorbs quickly, you don't need to put a lot of it, otherwise it can leave your skin feeling sticky. Soft and pleasant perfume. It gives a feeling of lifting effect as soon as you apply it.

I am very satisfied with this. After cleansing, I apply it in the morning before applying my day cream. Feels velvet and fresh on. Doesn't stick. Does not cause irritation. No redness or pain. In combination with the revitalift day cream, I see a significant reduction in deep wrinkles. Definitely recommended.
