I didn’t know lip primers were a thing so I struggled with peeling, flaking, and lipstick that would wrinkle loads. This primer sits beautifully on your lips - it’s so lightweight and hydrating, almost like a lip balm but…better? Really makes my lipstick glide on and sit on top really nicely. Really happy with it personally (also it was nice to treat myself to a MAC product for the first time).

This prep & prime was included in my 2022 Advent MAC calendar. A fun product to add to my makeup routine. Normally I use prep for my skin, eyes... but never before for my lips. You can buy the app for 21 euros at Douglas. This color and odourless base is packaged in a lipstick case. Easy to apply. The primer provides light hydration, softens and refines the lips, and smoothes them. As a result, your subsequent lip products give a better result. Top product. Microplastic Free, Allergen Free, Paraben Free, Preservative Free, Sulphate Free, Non-Alcoholic, No Oily Ingredients, Gluten Free, Acetone Free, Lactose Free, Ammonia Free, Phthalate Free, Pigment & Dye Free

Keeps your lipstick very long
Really, this is a TOP primer. First I prime, then I do my full makeup. On the very last lip liner and lipstick. My lipstick really stays on for so long, unbelievable. Personally, I like the neutral rather than the flavors (I know there was once a cherry variety). I can't live without it! Especially to use when you have dry lips and want to go for a matte lipstick.
