Great affordable cleansing balm!
I think the packaging has changed as mine looks a bit different from the tagged product but I hiiiighlyyy recommend this oil cleanser!!! I've been looking for a cleansing oil/balm for a while but they can be quite expensive. I saw this one from rituals for just €12 and I was excited to try it as i havent used that many rituals products before. I was so impressed from the first use. It feels and smells amazing, its full of oils but it still doesnt feel super greasy somehow. You could probably get away with not cleansing after if you have super dry skin but i do follow up with a foaming cleanser and my usual skincare. I have huge visible pores and i was blown away by how much this cleanser minimised them! I love it 🤩

Skin stays fat for a very long time
Personally, I don't like this product to work. The scent is very tasty and it removes makeup well, but it keeps my skin oily for a very long time. I'd rather use a cleansing gel or milk.

Disappointing
This product really didn't work for me at all. The area around my eyes stung enormously and I didn't get the makeup around my eyes off well. I now use this oil for my skin and then another product for the area around my eyes. Foundation and powder do get rid of it easily. It is a double cleanser (like all oils) but you really need to clean the skin after use. Often, once washing with a foam or other product, it has not yet been properly removed from my skin. So I don't use this oil very often, my skin gets irritated from so much cleaning (and therefore exfoliates). For me personally, this does not work as I had hoped.
