Omega 3 DHA + EPA

I have been looking for a good omega 3 supplement for months now and I was a bit weary when trying a new one as I don’t think they work well with me or I notice the effects however this brand has been top tier as my skin feels healthier and it is great for brain function.

This review is about the Omega 3 (DHA+ EPA) supplements from Daily Supplements, made from vegetable algae oil. After a long search finally found good vegan omega 3 supplements! The capsules are small enough to be comfortable to swallow and they are almost odourless and tasteless. Only downside is the high price, but all in all a very good product that is worth the price (and sometimes also on sale at Etos of Holland & Barrett!)
