Pat McGrath Labs Elson Matte Trance Lipstick 4g

This is an amazing lipstick, of course, with an amazing quality. This matte structure glides on your lips like butter and stays for quite some time. I would even say it stains your lips a bit and even after you eat you will still be able to see some of the color on the lips. The color Elson 2 looks like would be complimenting absolutely everyone and you can put on light layer - tapping it with the fingers on your lips, but also you can layer it up to create party/holiday look, especially dazzling combined with cat eyes. Quality, as usual, is top of the top, the only minus of the star is that the lipstick dries out my lips a bit, so i prefer to hydrate them at first.

SO DISAPPOINTING!! I waited a LONG time before finally splurging on the brand and colour...only finally made the leap because of a certain pop star... Here are the things that didn't live up to the hype: * Packaging - as cute as it is, the tube BROKE within 2 months. I have to fight with it every time I try to use...inner tube has separated from spinning tube so lipstick struggles to go up and down 😡 * Texture - within a month the lipstick had dried out a bit and isn't as nice to apply * Staying power - this is middle of the road staying power...not horrible, but not great. For this price, I expected much more. The only thing I was happy with is the actual colour. It's beautiful (for about 15 minutes). And I do still wear it with one specific blouse that is the exact same colour. But over all, I would not recommend. I will never purchase a Pat McGrath product again.

It is a very high quality lipstick. The color is very rich and durable, and the finish is gorgeous. A basic and classic color to have in the collection, a good red never fails! It's matte and creamy, so it transfers a little, but that doesn't affect its duration. Incredible product.
