This balm is a clear textured thick gel-alike balm. It make the lip 💋 soft since first application, so I'm sure it will work great with this cold weather to keep the lips crack-free. You can slightly "taste" the argan oil from it. Not sticky at all, so amazing for any time application. #BloomIntoTheNewSeason
