PUPA Milano Vamp! Mascara Waterproof

I bought this in a sale for 10 bucks and I feel like this is an okay mascara. It is definitely not my fave but it's good enough. I found that from a distance it looks pretty but up close it doesn't look too amazing. It does define my lashes well and it does separate them but I do feel the need to use a spool with this. The formula seems kind of "dry". I don't know what it is about it. You know how sometimes you have those mascara's that are really "wet" and they glide on super easy. That's not the case with this one. I also find the wand a bit odd. It's kind of sharp and the hairs are really short which makes it more difficult to really get in there without getting mascara on your eyelids. I do feel like it is a lightweight formula and it doesn't really drag down your lashes.

I've been using Pupa Vamp Mascara number 001 for 10 years now and I wouldn't change it for anything in the world. It's just perfect: it thickens and lengthens lashes incredibly, without weighing them down or making clumps. Every time I put it on, the look immediately becomes more intense and defined, as if I had false eyelashes. It has become a real must in my routine: I know that I can always count on him for a spectacular and lasting effect.

Very good is one of the few mascara together with the purple one that is always pupa that can make me beautiful eyelashes... and it takes some to make my eyelashes beautiful so... I recommend trying it!

The mascara has a good volumizing effect: the lashes look thicker and darker, which helps a lot when they are light as in my case. The applicator separates the lashes enough, avoiding the “lumpy” effect if applied calmly. It gives depth to the look, even on hooded eyes, especially if you work well on the central and external parts.
