Good budget mascara

I have quite long eye lashes so I don’t need a mascara that makes them any longer, but most mascaras make them stick together. This mascara doesn’t do that - it does exactly what it says in its name, it defines my lashes and they don’t stick together. The only downside is that it does tend to get clumpy after a few weeks and I then have to throw it away.
