Difficult to cover

This color was sent to me by mistake. Actually, I'm not the type of blue nails. But I didn't have to return this bottle. So last week I thought, now I'm going to use it. So primer, base coat and then color gel. 3 coats of paint! And some nails still don't have a good coverage. The other colors of this brand that I have are opaque after 2 layers. I find that strange, but maybe it's because of the blue color? I have no idea, no experience with this color. But, very positively, after two weeks, things are still fine.
