0.5% Retinol and Rosehip Seed Oil Smoothing Serum

This is a literal miracle product for my skin! I’ve always suffered quite bad with cystic acne and a cream from the doctors helped stop that a lot but never 100% started using this about a month ago and Ohmygod, made my skin feel so so soft, blurred/got rid of a lot of old acne scars and I’ve noticed I’ve hardly had any days with a spot since using it. Not sure how much it is a think around £10 but I got it in a beauty box subscription, well worth it just for this product!! 

A 2.0 Unfortunately! I thought: this is here to stay. An oil with retinol. How lovely is that. Retinol often has a drying effect, even on my skin and an oil base can probably refute this. Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. After using it twice, I already had an acne outbreak that you told me about, but I hadn't had it for months. In addition, the product did not absorb quickly at all. Because it is an evening product, I found that extra unfortunate, because I really don't like lying on my white pillow. A flop for me. Smells good (that's why 2 and not 1), but goes in the trash.
